She is a Professor at the Department of Economy and Management of Chemical and Food Industries, Faculty  of  Chemical  Technology, University of  Pardubice, Czech Republic.

She took part in  three-months research fellowship as visiting scholar at the  University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, USA (2006) and one-week or two-week  short term attachments there (2004, 2007, 2008 and 2010).

Her teaching and research activities are focused on the management of industrial enterprises, particularly in the area of marketing management. She is a guarantor and lector of training cources for sphere of business and for CIMA (Czech Institute for Marketing).

She is investigator or co-investigator of many projects for industrial enterprises (for example SYNTHESIA Inc., EXPLOSIA Inc., PARAMO, Inc.) and scientific research projects ( supported by the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic or EU funds).

Member of the editorial boards of domestic and foreign scientific journals (eg . Marketing&Communication, MANEKO – Slovak republic, Economics and Management -Lithuania).

Member of scientific and program committees of many national and international conferences (eg ICEM – Lithuania, KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY – Bulgaria).

A member of the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Chemical Technology in the University of Pardubice;of the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Multimedia Communication in UTB Zlín; of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering in the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague.

A chairwoman or member of the Board of Doctoral Study Program at Faculty of Chemical Technology of the University of Pardubice, at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Prague and at the Economics University of Prague.

A member of theBoard of the Czech Marketing Association and of the Slovak Marketing Association.

An author and  co-author of 8 monographs, 201 scientific papers in scientific journals, in proceedings of international and national conferences and 30 textbooks.
